Mission

Our objective is to aid the working class people finding jobs. Placing them with different farms for a season. Our employees can always reach out to us when in need of hours. We have a variety of schedules our employees can work with; from 12 hour shifts during hop and hemp harvest season, to 4 hour shifts during grape harvest season.

Work Experience

Our crews have worked in a variety of locations in Oregon from Sandy to Grants Pass for example. In about every agricultural labor one can think of from working in the machinery of a hop farm to the picking of grapes. Our employees can learn how to clone trees when working at Nurseries and other plant hack tics.

History

We are a family owned and run business established in the Salem area but with work all over Oregon. Since 2017 we have had a reputation with our customers for good work at good rates. We started off as employees working in the fields ourselves before becoming an independent contractor, so we have experience with the hands on working as well.
